About Aye Finance IPO
The Aye Finance IPO opens on Monday, Feb 9, 2026 and closes on Wednesday, Feb 11, 2026. The allotment of shares will take place on Thursday, Feb 12, 2026. The credit of shares to the demat account will take place on Friday, Feb 13, 2026. The initiation of refunds will take place on Friday, Feb 13, 2026. The listing of shares will take place on Monday, Feb 16, 2026.
The offer consists of both a fresh issue and an offer for sale component. The fresh issue will include 5.50 crore shares aggregating to ₹710.00 crores. The offer for sale portion includes 2.33 crore shares aggregating to ₹300.00 crores. The total number of shares and aggregate amount are 7,82,94,572 shares (aggregating up to ₹1,010 crores).
Aye Finance IPO price band is set at ₹122 to ₹129 per share. The minimum amount of investment required by the retail category is ₹14,964 (116 shares) (based on upper price). The lot size required for investment by sNII is 14 lots (1,624 shares), amounting to ₹2,09,496, and for bNII, it is 67 lots (7,772 shares), amounting to ₹10,02,588.
Aye Finance is a non-banking financial company – middle layer (NBFC-ML) focused on providing loans to micro scale micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across India. They offer a range of business loans for working capital and business expansion needs, against hypothecation of working assets or against security of property to customers across manufacturing, trading, service and allied agriculture sectors.

Industry Outlook
The NBFC sector has, over the years, evolved considerably in terms of size, operations, technological sophistication, and entry into newer areas of financial services and products. The number of NBFCs as well as the size of the sector has grown significantly, with a number of players with heterogeneous business models starting operations. The increasing penetration of neo-banking, digital authentication, and mobile phone usage as well as mobile internet has resulted in the democratisation of financial services, particularly credit.
Overall NBFC credit during Fiscals 2019 to 2025, is estimated to have witnessed a CAGR of approximately 13.2% which was majorly led by retail segment which is estimated to have witnessed a CAGR of approximately 16%, while NBFC non-retail credit is estimated to have witnessed a growth of approximately 11.5% during the same time period. Going forward, growth in the NBFC retail segment is expected at 17% to 19% from Fiscal 2025 to Fiscal 2027 which will support overall NBFC credit growth, with continued focus on the retail segment.
