Fractal Analytics IPO opens on February 9, 2026 and closes on February 11, 2026. The allotment of shares will take place on February 12, 2026. The credit of shares to the Demat account will take place on February 13, 2026. The initiation of refunds will take place on February 13, 2026. The listing of shares will take place on February 16, 2026.

The Fractal Analytics IPO comprises a fresh issue aggregating up to ₹1023.50 crores. There is also an offer for sale in this IPO of up to ₹1810.4 crores. The lot size of shares in the IPO is 16 and the price band of shares is ₹857–₹900 per share.

The minimum investment amount required by a retail investor is ₹14,400 based on the upper price. The minimum lot for retail investors is 1 lot (16 shares).

Through these two segments, it caters to the diverse business needs of its clients across industries and business functions.

The revenue from operations of Fractal Analytics grew from ₹1985.40 crores in FY 23 to ₹2765.40 crores in FY 25. Its adjusted PAT margin grew from 2.7% in FY 23 to 12.6% in FY 25, while adjusted EBITDA margin grew from 6.8% in FY 23 to 17.4% in FY 25.
