A wholly owned subsidiary of Bajaj Finance Ltd, it was formerly known as Bajaj Financial Solutions Ltd (renamed in November 2014). BHFL is registered as a Housing Finance Company (HFC) with the National Housing Bank since 2015, and is categorised as an Upper-Layer NBFC by the RBI.
