Coastal Corporation Limited (CCL) was originally established as Coastal Trawlers Private Limited in May, 1981. The Company converted into a public limited company in 1985 and the name of the company was to Coastal Trawlers Limited and further attained Coastal Corporation Limited in 2005. Company is an ExportOriented Unit (EOU) based in Visakhapatnam, India, specializing in shrimp processing and export The Company exports shrimps in different forms to quality conscious markets of U.S.A, Europe, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, Japan, Saudi Arabia and Hong Kong. The companys processing plants are approved by FDA, EU and HACCP certified. It operates three stateoftheart processing plants, strategically situated in Yelamanchili, Visakhapatnam and Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. These facilities boast a combined approved freezing capacity of 71 MT per day, ensuring efficient and highvolume production.Apart from this, CCL offers a delectable selection of shrimp varieties, including the everpopular Black Tiger (Penaeus Monodon) and Vannamei (Litopenaeus vannamei), renowned for their exceptional taste and texture. We cater to diverse customer needs by providing a variety of product forms, including raw frozen blocks, Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) options, cooked frozen blocks, and IQF shrimp.During the year 2017, the Company started its operations at Nellore by entering into an agreement with The Waterbase LimitedDuring the year 2017, the Company started its Operations in Bhubaneswar with a motive to expand the business and meet the increased demand of customers.In 2019, the Company marked its presence in the field of aquaculture by engaging in processing and exporting shrimps. In 2020, the Company initiated construction of another Ultra modern Shrimp Processing facility with capacity of 36MT at Kakinada SEZ.Coastal Biotech Private Limited was incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company on 25th February 2021, in FY 202021. The Company established a shrimp processing unit at Kakinada Special Economic Zone (KSEZ), in 2022. A 3.6 MW Solar Power Plant for captive consumption was commissioned in 2022.The Company entered into strategic agreements with Mitsubishi Corporations Toyo Reizo Co. Ltd. (Japan) and SPC GFS Co Ltd. (Korea), paving the way for significant market expansion in these crucial Asian countries in 2024. The Company has expanded its operations into the biofuels sector through its wholly owned subsidiary, Coastal Biotech Private Limited and has further entered fullscale ethanol production in FY25.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹639.32 crore and profit touched at ₹4.48 crore.
