Thereafter, Company was converted to Public Limited Company and the name of Companychanged to GP Eco Solutions India Limited through fresh Certificate of Incorporation on November 17, 2023 obtained from Registrar of Companies, Kanpur.Company has transitioned from a pureplay distributor to a comprehensive provider of integrated solar energy solutions. It is presently engaged in the distribution of a wide range of solar inverters and solar panels. While it serve as an authorised distributor of solar inverters and panels, the Company has expanded its capabilities to include the manufacturing of solar inverters and advanced energy storage systems, catering to residential, commercial, industrial and utilityscale segments. The Company offers a wide range of valueadded services such as turnkey Engineering, Procurement Construction (EPC), Project Management Consultancy (PMC), developer partnerships and EnergyasaService (EaaS) models to address diverse energy requirements. Additionally, GP Eco Solutions is emerging as a key player in lithiumbased smart fuel technology, with a strong focus on manufacturing innovative energy storage systems.The Company markets hybrid solar inverters and lithium ferro phosphate (LFP) batteries under its own brand, INVERGY. Under this brand, the Company sell hybrid solar inverters and lithium ferro phosphate (LFP) batteries. Invergy deals in OEM manufacturing for hybrid and LFP products. Invergy manages its own supply chain stream to provide easy and comfortable transitions.Company launched its IPO by issuing 32,76,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 per equity and raised a fresh issue of Rs 30.79 crore on June 19 ,2024.
