Indo Amines Limited (IAL) was incorporated as a Public Limited Company in Maharashtra. IAL is promoted by joining of promoters to TECHNO GROUP and UNIVERSAL GROUP. Company is engaged in manufacturing, selling and distribution of Specialty Chemical with diversified enduser into Agrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, High performance Polymers, Paints, Pigments, Printing Inks, Rubber Chemicals etc. IAL has five manufacturing facilities located at Baroda, Dhule, Mahad, Badlapur, and Dombivli. During the FY 200405, Quatemary Ammonium Compounds (installed capacity 150 mt) was installed at Savli, Dist. Baroda.During the year 200506, Flame Pharmaceuticals Private Limited and Sheiraj Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. got amalgamated with the Company effective from 1st April, 2005. Through the said Scheme of Amalgamation, the Board allotted 13,36,890 equity Shares to the shareholders of both Companies. In 200607, the Company incorporated Indo Amines (Europe) Limited in United Kingdom invested 50 GBP as s Share Capital of the said Company.During year 2011, it launched Benzo as a new product in Formulation segment. During 201112, the Composite Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation between Versatile Chemicals Ltd, Palkar Commercials Pvt Ltd and the Company was implemented and effective on 2nd November, 2012. Pursuant to the said Scheme of Amalgamation, the Committee allotted 23,86,500 Equity Shares to the shareholders of two Companies dated November 9, 2013. During the year 201617, the Draft Scheme of Amalgamation of Classic Oil Limited, Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company and Sigma Solvents Private Limited with the Company was made effective from 1st January, 2018.Similarly during the year 202021, a Draft Scheme of Amalgamation of the Core Chemicals (Mumbai) Private Limited and Key Organics Private Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company with the Company was implemented and made effective on April 01, 2018. Further, the Company allotted 20,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/ each through the said Scheme of Amalgamation.Pious Engineering Private Limited got merged with the Company effective from January 1, 2023.In FY 2025, IAL launched a new product Morpholine Derivatives in the Aliphatic Amines category at its existing unit located at J5, MIDC, Dhule district of Maharashtra.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹1093.83 crore and profit touched at ₹55.9 crore.
