The Company name was changed to K.K. Silk Mills Private Limited dated June 01, 2001. Subsequently, Company was converted from a private limited to public limited Company by Special Resolution and the name of the Company was changed to K K Silk Mills Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 06, 2018 was issued to Company by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing of fabrics as well as garments. It manufacture the fabric which used in variety of products such as mens shirts wear formal and casual wear, shervani material, ladies wear dress material, burkha material, kushan cover material etc. It sell the knitted fabrics to domestic and international garment manufacturers. The Company use variety of knitted fabrics such as 100% cotton, 100% polyester, blended (cotton and polyester) and printed polyester fabrics in the production of garments. It sell the knitted fabrics to domestic and international garment manufacturers. The Company has approximately 5422 sq. mtrs. size area manufacturing plant located at Umbergaon, Valsad.Company launched the IPO of 75,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each and raised Rs 28.5 crores on November 28, 2025.
