Mercantile Ventures Limited, formerly known as MCC Finance Limited was incorporated in December, 1985. The name of the Company was changed from MCC Finance Limited to Mercantile Ventures Limited on 27th March, 2013. Initially, the Company engaged in the business of acquiring immovable properties for letting them out on lease or mounting them for resale. The Company is primarily engaged in the business of leasing of properties and manpower supply services.During the year 202122, Cuningham Ventures Private Limited, Sahoj Ventures Private Limited and Willingdon Ventures Private Limited were converted from partnership firms to Private Limited companies and were made the wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company .Honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Division BenchII, Chennai vide its Order dated June 28, 2023 has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Cuningham Ventures Private Limited, Sahoj Ventures Private Limited an Willingdon Ventures Private Limited with the Company in 2023.The Company acquired 38.41% of equity share capital in India Radiators Limited on 8th July 2024, from the erstwhile promoters of India Radiators Limited, as per terms of the share purchase agreement dated January 05, 2024 in compliance with the SAST regulations and has become the promoter of India Radiators Limited. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 08th April 2025, had approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of India Radiators Limited with and into the Company and their respective shareholders and creditors and subsequently the Company had filed an application to BSE Limited along with the draft scheme within the statutory timelines pursuant to Regulation 37 of the SEBI LODR Regulation 2015.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹85.06 crore and profit touched at ₹16.27 crore.
