Design Centre Private Limited dated May 4, 1992 issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. Further, Company name got changed to N R Vandana Tex Industries Private Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 31, 2024 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. Status of the Company converted into a Public Limited and name of the Company was changed to N R Vandana Tex Industries Limited, dated August 13, 2024 issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.The Company is engaged into designing, manufacturing and wholesale business of cotton textile products including a variety of highquality cotton sarees, salwar suits and bed sheets. Our products are recognised in textile industry under the own brand name Vandana and Tanaya. Company operates into B2B business model, focusing on selling its products through a network of 1397 wholesalers as of March 31, 2025.In the preindependence era, the business was founded by Shri Govind Ram ji Lohia, a first generation entrepreneur with a small saree shop at Kolkata. Later, under the leadership of his successor Shri Narayan Prasad Lohia, Shri Ram Kumar Lohia, and Late Krishan Kumar Lohia, the business grew significantly. In 1992, the second generation of Lohia family transitioned into a corporate structure under N R Design Centre Private Limited and further in 1998, first factory was set up in Hooghly, Kolkata to commence the production of Cotton Sarees.In 2004, the third generation of Lohia Family i.e. Shri Prabhu Lohia and Shri Gyanesh Lohia joined the leadership team and their involvement in the business, ramp up the production of printed sarees per day. In year 2016 and 2023, they expanded product range to Salwar Suits and Bedsheets, respectively. It followed the expansion of operations with the opening of Warehouse in Jetpur, Rajkot, and Gujarat in 2017. Over the years, Company has scaled up its production to 3000 printed sarees per day and 1000 Bedsheets per day.Company launched the IPO of 61,98,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each by raising funds of Rs 27.89 Crores in May, 2025.
