Om Infra Limited was initially incorporated as Om Metals Minerals Limited in 1971. The name of the Company was changed from Om Metals Minerals Limited to Om Metals Limited on 21 December, 2004 and to Om Metals Infraprojects Limited on 29 March, 2006 and further to Om Infra Limited on 7 January, 2021. Om Infra Limited, is a conglomerate having diverse business activities and interests related to Hydro mechanical equipments, turnkey solutions for steel fabrication, Hydro power developments, Real Estate, Leasing, Finance, Entertainment centers, Hotels and tourism. The Company is in the field of turnkey execution from design, detail engineering, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of complete range of Hydro mechanical equipment of hydroelectric power and irrigation projects, PHED, PWD various Corporations with its manufacturing facilities located at Kota Rajasthan and project sites. Company is well acquainted with modernized methods of fabrication and erection and have completed the works in remote areas, difficult climate natural site conditions, logistics bottlenecks, difficult roads and great distances. The strength of the Company lies in identification, execution and successful implementation of the projects in the infrastructure space. To strengthen the longterm projects and ensuring sustainable growth in assets and revenue, it is important for Company to evaluate various opportunities in different business verticals in which Company operates. It currently working several projects under implementation and to explore newer opportunities, both domestic and international.The companys track record in executing turnkey contracts involving Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Hydro Mechanical Works of similar nature and magnitude for major hydro electric and multipurpose projects has been exemplary as evidenced from successful completion of these works on schedule and mostly ahead of schedule. To name a few, the company has completed Kurichu H.E. project, Bhutan much ahead of schedule and got bonus and incentives (Rs. 5.05 crores ) for speedy completion. Also, the company has executed the Upper Krishna project, Almatti dam ahead of schedule.In 201516, the Company completed EPC work for Jaipur bhilwara road project and NHPC projects in Uri,Teesta,Parbati and Chamera. Bhilwara Jaipur Toll Road was made toll free effective from April, 2018. In 202122, the Company had done the development of the 212 km road project in JaipurBhilwara Stretch. In 202223, it installed and commissioned 800 MW Koldam Hydro Electric Project completed Prakassam Barrage Project, completed Gosikhurd Dam Project Pallacia, Jaipur real estate project also was completed.Bhilwara Jaipur Toll Road Pvt Ltd became a subsidiary of the Company in 202223 Chahel Infrastucture Limited, Plantx Natural Private Limited Sanmati Infra developer Private Limited have ceased to be the subsidiaries of the Company in 2023.Bhilwara Jaipur Toll Road Private Limited has become a 51% of subsidiary of the Company in 2025. Isarda Dam project was completed in Rajasthan in July, 2025. The development of SRA project in Bandra Reclamation facing Bandra Worli Sea Link has completed the construction of the temporary transit camp in 2025.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹748.65 crore and profit touched at ₹35.97 crore. As of Dec '25, Om Infra’s market capitalisation stood at ₹749.05 crores. Shareholding as of Dec '25 shows promoters holding 67%, with FIIs at 0.1%, DIIs at 4.1%, and public at 28.8%.
