The products and services offering in IT Infrastructure comprises Data Centre Solutions and EndUser Computing. The ITeS include Managed Services, MultiVendor Support Services, IT Facility Management Services, Network Operations Centre Services, Security Services, and Renewals. Cloud and Data Management Services include migration of workload from data centres to cloud. Products and services in this vertical comprise data analytics, business analytics, RPA, IOT, DevOps, and containerisation and microservices (i.e., use of containers, to package applications, libraries, and configurations and run them as a selfcontained and isolated environment agnostic of the software installed on the host system, to build deploy and manage applications).The Company launched the IPO by issuing 10,425,242 equity shares of Rs 10, by raising Rs 214.76 crores, comprising a fresh issue of 5,825,242 equity shares aggregating to Rs 120 crores and the offer for sale of 4,600,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs 94.76 crores in August, 2024. The Company has ventured into Device as a service (DaaS) in FY 2024. It started Security Solution CrowdStrike and further started HPE Greenlake, which is a consumptionbased solution. As part of strategic diversification in FY 2025, Company has introduced TOSS Technology Outsourcing Solutions as a Service to scale efficiently, optimise IT costs and stay responsive to changing business needs. The Company secured a Rs. 3.9 crore cybersecurity contract from a leading Indian energysector organization operating critical infrastructure. The Company was appointed as the strategic technology partner by the Government of Maharashtra for a largescale software development initiative. The Company expanded its footprint in Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) and Facility Management Services (FMS) through a series of strategic wins. The Company entered into multiyear contracts with leading organizations in sectors such as consulting, real estate and enterprise technology. The Company executed a Rs. 12.3 crore infrastructure project involving the deployment of enterprisegrade storage and server solutions for two marquee clients in the financial services and cloud computing sectors.
