Quicktouch Technologies Limited was incorporated in Kolkata, West Bengal dated July 02, 2013 with the name Sahul Technologies Limited by the RoC. The current promoters took over the Company and subsequently, the name of the Company was changed from Sahul Technologies Limited to Quicktouch Technologies Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation upon change of the name was issued by the Registrar of Companies on August 23, 2016. The Company is an information technology, helps customers do business better by wide experience, deep technology expertise, comprehensive portfolio of services and robust business model.Presently, the Company is into the business of Software IT Solution and Consulting Services, IT Product / Software Development and Software Commercial Training, Web designing. Their Web designing services include Website Designing/ Redesigning, iOS App/ Android/ Mobile App Development, Web Hosting Services. Apart from this, the Company is engaged in the business of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), i.e., a school management software and mobile apps that help simplify administration and organization.In April 2023, Company made an IPO of 15,30,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/ each by raising money aggregating to Rs 9 Crore through fresh issue.The Company acquired two companies, Tronix IT Solutions Private Limited on June 24, 2023 and Qtouch Business Solutions Private Limited on June 16, 2023 respectively.In 2025, Company acquired Vidyahub Private Limited, Techquench Private Limited, and Earth Leasing and Finance Private Limited, all of which were made wholly owned subsidiaries. It has acquired Pinnacle Exim IT Solutions LLC, a Dubaibased IT services and support firm, expanding Quicktouchs global footprint and enabling access to new regional markets across the Middle East, Africa, and beyond. The Company has launched QuickPay under the Technical Service Provider (TSP) model in FY25. Further, through Techquench, it expanded into experiential learning with the deployment of STEM labs in schools.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹94.89 crore and profit touched at ₹4.7 crore.
