The status of the Company was changed to a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Ritco Logistics Limited via fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi on May 21, 2018. The Company is presently engaged in transportation warehousing and logistics business.The Company commenced its journey in 1996 as a modest provider of contract logistics, catering to a select group of businesses with a compact team. Over the years, the Company became the largest provider of petroleum transport solutions with 750+ drivers, brokers and owners associated with Ritco over 150+ locations across India. As a comprehensive supply chain solution provider, it extend services, including landbased logistics, warehousing, and valueadded solutions across India. These services encompass a holistic, integrated freight transportation service, encompassing bulk load, dedicated load (round trip), full truck load (FTL), and less than truck load (LTL), managed through their own fleets or via independent thirdparty operators. It also provide ancillary services such as warehousing and valueadded services.In 2011, a new online tracking system was introduced to view the location of any shipment through Ritcos website. In order to provide the best service to its LTL customers, the Company also started its fleet of trucks. The Institute of Road. As its business grew, the Company further added another 100 customised vehicles to the fleet. In 2013 the Defensive Training for drivers began at all Fleet Centers. At this point, the Company entered the warehousing business focusing on diversification and expansion of warehouses and became one of the leading polymer carriers in India.In 2019, it focused on modernization of fleet centres in Dahej and the construction of fleet yards in Guwahati, Surat Panipat.Ritco began providing services to strategic steel, coal, and cement clients in East and South India in 202425. The Company has handled more than 4.5M+ tons of Cargo in FY 2025.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹1195.61 crore and profit touched at ₹40.63 crore.
