Sirca Paints India Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company as Sircolor Wood Coatings Private Limited on 19th January, 2006. Thereafter, the name of the Company was changed to Sirca Paints India Private Limited on 3rd May, 2017. The status of Company changed from Private Company to Public Company and the name was changed to Sirca Paints India Limited on 17th January, 2018.Sirca Paints India Limited is renowned for manufacturing and selling premium wood coatings and decorative paints, under its licensed brands such as Sirca, Unico, Oikos, and DuranteVivan. Furthermore, the Company has been making remarkable strides in the Indian market, particularly in North India, where it has established a dominant presence as a market leader in premium wood coatings. The Company currently operates 5 stateoftheart manufacturing facilities, one for massmarket wood coatings products in Sonipat, Haryana, and another for wall paints and putty in the NCR region.The Foundation of the Company was laid down by Mr. Sanjay Agarwal, Mr. Apoorv Agarwal and Mr. Gurjit Singh Bains in 2006 to have a distinct global presence in Paint Industry by providing high quality coatings and technical assistance which leads to as healthy customer relationship. After establishment, the Company started import of Polyurethane Polish (PU) products from Italy and wall paints Abrasives from Korea and selling them in India as a first step of Journey. The Company was first to launch wood filler in India and opened its wholly owned branches in Mumbai and Chennai.The Company is engaged in manufacturing and sales of wood coatings and other niche decorative paints and homeimprovement products under its owned or exclusively licensed brands such as Sirca, Unico, San Marco and DuranteVivan. Presently, it has ventured into setting up an inhouse manufacturing unit for melamine, NC products, and economical PU which adds to current product offerings. In May 2018, the Company came up with a Public Issue of 48,69,600 Fresh Issue Equity Shares. In 2023, the Company commissioned a line at Sonipat facility to produce resins. It launched a new waterbased coatings range DAqua PU.The Company enhanced the market presence with a strong distribution network of 26 branches and over 4000 retail outlets in FY202425. It also acquired the Wembley Group comprising Wembley Paints and Chemicals, Indo Wembley Paints Private Limited, and Wembley SalesCorporation along with Welcome brand from New Wembley Products LLP in FY25.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹379.16 crore and profit touched at ₹49.06 crore.
