- Operating Profit: The operating profit for Q1FY25 was ₹26,449 crore, reflecting a 4.55% year-on-year growth.
- Net Interest Income (NII): The NII for the quarter amounted to ₹41,125 crore, up by 5.71% from ₹38,905 crore in Q1FY24.
- Net Interest Margin (NIM): The whole bank NIM was reported at 3.22%, while the domestic NIM was slightly higher at 3.35%.
- Credit Growth: Gross advances surged by 15.39% year-on-year to ₹38,12,087 crore, driven by strong demand across segments.
- Deposits: Total deposits increased by 8.18% year-on-year to ₹49,01,726 crore.
- Asset Quality: The bank's asset quality improved with the gross NPA ratio at 2.21%, a reduction of 55 basis points from the previous year. The net NPA ratio also improved to 0.57%, down by 14 basis points year-on-year.
- Provision Coverage Ratio (PCR): The PCR (including AUCA) stood at 91.76%, indicating a well-provided stressed book.
