Incorporated in 1990, The Byke Hospitality Limited, formerly known as Suave Hotels Limited is a fast growing company operating its hotel properties in key tourist destinations across India. The Company changed the name to The Byke Hospitality Limited from Suave Hotels Limited with effect from March 30, 2011. The Byke Hospitality Limited has established itself as a leading name in Indias midmarket hospitality sector, catering to the evolving needs of modern travellers. With a footprint spanning 9 states and 16 cities, the company boasts a portfolio of over 1300+ rooms across 19 hotels, which it owns, manages, and operates through strategic lease and management contracts. The Byke is committed to offering an exclusive vegetarian dining experience in its restaurants and banquets. This choice resonates with many Indian travellers and international guests alike. Company has made progress by acquiring 4 properties, out of which 2 are operational and the other 2 will soon be operational. A total of 17 operational properties have been functioning since FY25. Company had entered in the Hospitality Industry in 1999 to capitalise on vast opportunities. As of March 31, 2010, the Company operated at three locations Matheran, Rajasthan and Goa with four hotels and resorts operating with different names, which includes Sunshine Beach Resort, Goa Sunflower Beach Resort, Goa The Byke, Hotel Retreat, Pride of Matheran, and Pawana, Mandawa.During year 201213, the Company renovated one of its resort The Byke Old Anchor, in Goa. It leased two new properties in FY 201213: Hidden Paradise (Goa) and Neelkanth (Manali). It added Heritage Property in Rajasthan and a second property in Matheran.During the year 201314, the Company launched another luxury property The Byke Grassfield in Jaipur. In 201415, it acquired first Hotel in the Business capital of the Country, The Byke Suraj Plaza.In 201718, it launched Spice Lounge, Thanes only 24hour restaurant, at The Byke Suraj Plaza property on the arterial Ghodbunder Road.
