Does the user ID and password remain the same after I switch to Kotak Neo?

To log in to your Kotak Neo account, you will need to use your registered mobile number/PAN as a user ID. Plus, you will need to set up a password and 6-digit M-PIN for easy access. If you wish, you can choose to keep the same password that you used for the Kotak Stock Trading platform. However, kindly note that the password is not auto synced.
