How can Offline Clients transfer funds? (Clients who place order through Dealers) / Can I make a payment to the beneficiary bank account via an offline transaction?
bank and fill out an RTGS form, or a NEFT challan with the beneficiary details provided by Kotak Neo and initiate a transfer from your account. This must only be done with a linked bank account otherwise the transaction would not be successful. You cannot deposit cash into the beneficiary bank account, you can only make transfers using NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS.
They can transfer Funds through NEFT / RTGS / IMPS and through a cheque - given below is the process in detail:

Log in to your linked net banking account -
Add ‘Kotak Neo’ as a beneficiary -
Transfer the desired amount via NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS -
You will receive the credit in your trading account within 30 minutes to maximum 2 hours -
In case, you have not received the fund credit in more than 2 hours, please share a screen shot (image) of the transfer activity on email with your RM/ Dealer/ Back Office or service.securities@kotak.com for further processing.
