Why are some basket orders partially traded while others are rejected?

Basket order is an alternative of placing multiple orders separately. Once the basket order is placed, it is equivalent to placing multiple separate orders. Hence, the individual order can be rejected or partially traded as is the normal order.

The order is completed if there is a counter order which meets the conditions set by you.
